TWIW #3

Another week has passed and my goal for working out is not where it should be. But I am slowly recovering and getting there!

Monday: plank, crunches and wall squat

Tuesday: plank, crunches and wall squat

Wednesday: plank, crunches and wall squat

Thursday: plank, crunches and wall squat. Ran my Cupcake Classic 5k.

Friday: nil

Saturday: wall squat

This coming week begins the Best Body Bootcamp, so I am looking forward to a great but sore week ahead!!
